A little bit about me
It served as a way for me to send bits and pieces of my life to my grandparents in Thailand. Sharing photos made the distance seem so much smaller and turned into this passion I have today.
I love how a photo or video freezes a memory in time and lasts even after those fleeting moments.

Jewelry-making is another passion of mine. My small biz, Talay Jewelry, makes accessorizing effortless. Our jewelry is meant to be well-loved – I've worn some of my pieces through sweat and tears.
It's true that the camera eats first – but I'll never let my food get cold. My camera roll is filled with delicious bites from every place imaginable: noodles in Thailand, lobster rolls in Maine, and pasta in Italy.
You might have noticed I've mentioned Thailand about ten million times – can't you tell I love it there? I go back to Bangkok pretty often and usually stay for a couple of months visiting family and eating well.
Travel photography is where I started out. I'm a nostalgic person and often reminisce about the little moments. I love how looking back on vacation photos can spark so many memories.
See, I wasn't joking when I said I walked around with a GoPro on my head. A lot of my travel videos are born this way, and I get to keep my hands free! If I had a nickel for every time someone stared...
